The scissor lift PB S171-16ES with a working height of 17.30 m differs from the S171-16E mainly due to the patented PB support system, which provides a leveling function up to 200 mm. With just a touch of the button, the working platform automatically levels within a range of 0.0-0.5 degrees within a few seconds. This allows a perfectly vertical or parallel hub to the object with optimal stability. The ES Series can also be used like a “normal” scissor lift and are also drivable at full height (like all PB models).
With its precisely proportional control (driving; lifting; lowering) in combination with the provided 90°-steering and a small turning radius of only 3.04 m the PB scissors S171-16ES is extremely flexible and thus suitable for a wide range of various works.
The model weighs only 5800 kg, what makes it ideal for works that require a low ground pressure. By folding down the rails the height can be reduced to 2.33 m. This facilitates the transport and the passing of low clearance heights.
A standard differential lock completes the profile of the PB S171-16ES perfectly.
